摘要
通过热重、红外 -热重联机对纤维增强热收缩制品的表面基材改性聚乙烯的热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明在受热过程中 ,材料的分解分两步进行 ,作为改性剂的乙烯 -醋酸乙烯共聚物 (EVA)首先发生分解反应 ,然后才是聚乙烯的分解反应。改性剂的热稳定性对整个材料的热稳定性有重要影响。
The heat stability of modified PE in the surface materials of heat shrinkable articles reinforced by glass fiber was studied by means of TGA,TGA-IR.The results showed that the modified PE decomposed in two steps. First EVA copolymer used as modifier decomposed, then PE decomposed. The application of high heat stability modifier could greatly improve the heat stability of the surface materials.
