摘要
目的比较经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral electroreception of prostate,TURP)与开放性手术治疗Ⅲ度以上良性前列腺增生症(benignprostatiC hyperplasia,BPH)的疗效。方法选取2005～2011年邵阳市医学高等专科学校附属医院收治的82例Ⅲ度以上良性前列腺增生患者,其中45例采用TURP,37例采用传统开放手术,比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者在术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿时间、住院时间、住院费用、并发症的发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在手术时间、术后IPPS评分方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开放性手术与TURP在改善术后排尿症状方面疗效相当,但TURP具有创伤小、恢复快、住院周期短、住院费用低、安全、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare surgical efficiency between transurethral electroreception and open operation of benign prostatic hyperplasia, Methods Totally 82 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia over three degree in our hospital from 2005 to 2011 were selected.45 patients were given TURP while 37 patients were given open operation.The clinical data of two groups were compared after the treatment.Results There were significant differences in blood loss,bladder washing time,catheterization time,hospitalization duration,hospitalization costs and the incidence of complications between two groups（P〈 0.05）.But there was no significant difference in the operation time,IPPS score after surgery between two groups（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion TURP for improving the urinary symptoms is as effective as open opration,but TURP has less trauma, faster recovery, shorter hospitalization period, lower hospitalization costs,more safety and less comnlications.
