摘要
本实验应用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌/微粒体酶试验,小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验和人外周血淋巴细胞体外培养染色体畸变试验对有机锗(Ge^(32))的遗传毒性进行检测。结果表明其对沙门氏菌组氨酸回复突变,小鼠骨髓微核及人体外培养淋巴细胞染色体畸变无诱导作用,因此,作者认为有机锗无遗传毒理活性作用。
Mutagenicity of organic germanium (Ge32) at various concentrations was determined in Salmonella/microsome system test, bone marrow micronucleus test in mice and lymphocyte chromosomal aberration test in human beings. The results showed that His+ rsevertants/plate of TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102 with or without liver microsomal metabolic activation were not more than the controls. This agent did not raise either the rate of micronucleus or chromosomal aberration. Thus, we consider that organic germanium has no mutagenicity.
