摘要
从合作社成员满意度角度可以很好地衡量乡村旅游专业合作社的公平和绩效。山东省莱芜市是乡村旅游专业合作社建立和发展较早的地区,合作社初显成效。通过在该市选取发展背景不同的C村和F村,采用问卷调查、个人深度访谈以及实地观察等方法,发现乡村旅游专业合作社社员对合作社绩效、公平基本满意。通过利用SPSS软件进行数据分析后发现,人口统计学因素中,年龄和满意度显著相关;经过对比C村和F村样本数据,发现合作社外部发展环境、合作社自身能力以及成员个人因素也会影响满意度。乡村旅游专业合作社在营销、培训、指导、规范以及争取政策及资金支持方面需要发挥更大的作用,并且要兼顾成员间的公平,给予成员更多的决策权,才能提高成员满意度。
Equity and performance of specialized rural tourism cooperatives can be well measured by members＇satisfaction.This kind of cooperatives was developed in Laiwu of Shandong Province several years ago,and acquired preliminary performance.In Laiwu,two villages,C F,of different developmental background are chosen as samples.Through questionnaire investigation,personal interviews and participant observation,a conclusion is drawn that members are basically satisfied with equity and performance of their cooperatives.By SPSS analysis of data,it is found that age and satisfaction are significantly relevant.After sample comparison of data from C F villages,it is known that development phase and profit of rural tourism affect significantly members＇satisfaction.Specialized rural tourism cooperatives should play better roles in some aspects such as training,guidance,marketing,setting standard,and obtaining policy and financial support.Moreover,rhe status and the decision power of members should be fair.Then,the members＇ satisfaction can be improved.
