摘要
采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,横断面调查宛城区15～74岁常住居民645人。了解南阳市宛城区糖尿病(DM)和糖耐量减低(IGT)的患病现状与相关因素。DM和IGT的总患病率分别为12.56%和10.39%。分析表明DM的危险因素有年龄、吸烟、体质指数、体育锻炼和血压;IGT的危险因素有年龄、吸烟、体质指数和血压。DM的新检出率51.85%,服药率66.67%,血糖控制率19.23%。该地区的DM及IGT患病率均较高,药物控制率低,常规体检无口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)项目导致部分DM患者漏检。应采取积极措施,预防和降低该地区的糖代谢异常流行。
Cross-sectional and cluster sampling method were used in 645 residents aged from 15 to 74 years old in Wancheng district in Nanyang to investigate the status of diabetes mcllitus（ DM ） and impaired glucose tolerance（IGT） and the correlated factors in Nanyang in 2012. The rude detection rates were 12.56% for DM and 10.39% for IGT. The analyses show that age,smoking, body mass index, physical exercise and blood pressure are the risk factors for development of DM （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; age, smoking, body mass index and blood pressure are the risk factors for development of IGT （P 〈 0.05 ）. New detection rate of DM is 51.85, medication rate is 66.67% , blood sugar control rate is 29.73%. The prevalence rates of DM and IGT are considerably high and the medication rate is relatively low in the current state. Some DM patients arc missed for there is no oral glucose tolerance test （OGTT） in routine physical examination. Measures should be taken to prevent and reduce sugar metabolism disorders popular.
