The Intrusion Molecular Mechanisms of Parainfluenza Viruses into Host Cells

摘要 综述了3型副流感病毒结合和进入宿主细胞的过程,重点讨论了受体结合分子血球凝集素-神经氨酶蛋白如何引发病毒与宿主细胞膜的融合过程,从分子水平上认识病毒入侵细胞的各个步骤,为进一步阻断病毒感染提供靶标。 This review explores the binding and intrusion into cells of parainfluenza virus type 3, focusing on how the receptor-binding molecule triggers the fusion process and analyzing each of these steps at the molecular level in order to represent potential targets for interrupting infection.
