摘要
从人力资源流的定义出发,构造人力资源流指标体系和城市化水平指标体系,利用综合指数和回归分析法进行量化分析,结果表明,人力资源流对常州城市化水平有着重要影响。因此,在实施常州城市化战略转型过程中应注重人力资源流的影响作用,合理运用人力资源流的效应。
Departing from the definition of human resources stream( HRS ), the paper builds up the HRS indicator system and urbanization indicator system. Then the paper adopts composite indicator and regression analysis to quantify the impacts of HRS on urbanization of Changzhou City. The city needs to address the impacts of HRS during the process of strategic transformation and make proper use of the effects of HRS.
