人力资源是区域经济发展的源泉和核心驱动力,人力资源只有与区域经济市场化程度相协调、与区域产业结构相适应,才能促使人力资源发挥其巨大效能。为此,应优化区域人力资源配置;注重人力资源区域共享机制建设;合理配置人力资源以促进区域经济协调发展。
