摘要
目的:建立UPLC法测定黄蒲通窍胶囊中二苯乙烯苷含量的方法。方法:采用超高液相色谱法,色谱柱为AcquityBEH C1(850 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流动相为乙腈∶水(17∶83);检测波长:320 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:0.20 mL/min(r=0.999 8)。结果:二苯乙烯苷在0.049 7 mg/mL～0.248 5 mg/mL范围内样品浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为98.84%,RSD=2.50%。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于黄蒲通窍胶囊中二苯乙烯苷含量的测定。
Objective ：To establish UPLC method for determination of stilbene glucoside content in Huangpu Tongqiao capsules.Method：The determination was performed on Acquity BEH C1s（850 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm） with acetonitrile-water （17：83） as mobile phase.Flow rate was at 0.20 mL/min （r=0.999 8） and detecting wave length was at 320 nm.Column temperature was at 30 ℃.Results：The linear range of stilbene glueoside was at 0.049 7 mg/mL-0.248 5 mg/mL.Average recovery rate was 98.84% （RSD=2.50%）.Conclusion：The method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and could be used for determination of stilbene glueoside content in Huangpu Tongqiao capsules.
