摘要 为了探索海藻有机液肥的酶解制备工艺,采用PPC复合酶水解海藻生产有机液肥,对影响酶解过程的温度、pH、酶添加量和反应时间等主要因素分别作为单因素控制条件进行了实验,并通过正交试验得到优化工艺参数组合。结果表明,较为理想的复合酶水解生产海藻有机液肥的工艺组合条件为:温度50℃,PPC复合酶添加量0.4%,pH6条件下反应时间72h,所得海藻有机液肥的海藻酸含量37.243mg/mL。 In order to research the process parameters of liquid seaweed organic fertilizer by composite enzyme, with PPC composite enzyme hydrolysis seaweed to produce the liquid seaweed biological organic, as a single factor of control condition, test independently the main factors in the process of enzymolysis (temperature, pH, enzyme quantity and reaction time). Through orthogonal experiment optimized combination process occurs. Experimental results proved that the more ideal composite enzyme solution of the liqt:id seaweed organic production craft combination for: temperature 50℃ conditions, PPC composite enzyme adding amount of 0.4%, pH 6 conditions reaction 72 hours, the income of the liquid seaweed organic acid content of seaweed was 37.243 mg/mL.
