对河南省电力公司电力生产管理信息系统(PMS)的建设和深化应用工作进行了介绍,详细论述了PMS系统深化应用历程中的几点体会,并对PMS深化应用提出一些建议。PMS的成功应用,实现了生产的精细化管控,业务流程规范化管理,全面提升了河南省电力公司的生产效率和生产管理水平。
After introduction of Construction and deep applications about Power Production Management System of Henan Electric Power Corporation, some experiences are elaborated during the course of PMS deep applications, afterward suggestions are described on PMS applications. PMS actualizes meticulous management and process standardization, and enhances the production efficiency and management level comprehensively.
