摘要
概述了生产管理系统功能及其EAI方案设计,详细阐述了系统体系结构设计,并以CAPP系统为例详细介绍了Web服务接口设计与实现。在.NET平台框架下,结合科研院所多品种小批量的生产管理特点,基于软件复用技术的B/S模式分层体系结构和分布式Web服务技术的企业应用集成(EAI)底层数据集成方法,实现PMS系统与CAPP等旧有遗留应用系统的无缝集成,解决了科研院所类企业生产管理的"信息孤岛"和数据整合问题。
Firstly, this paper summarizes Production Management System functions and its EAI scheme design; secondly, its software architecture design is discussed in detail; finally the design and implementation of Web service interface is particularly described with an example of CAPP. With. NET platform framework, based on the multiple batch and small quantity features of production management in research institutes, utilizing software reuse B/S hierarchy architecture and distributed Web Services EAI fundamental data integration, which has realized seamless integration with CAPP and so on which is old left behind, the “information island” and “data integration” is eliminated in research institutes.
