摘要
目的对比芍根方水煎剂与颗粒剂的药效学作用。方法取80只昆明种(KM)雄性小鼠,按体质量随机分为8组,即空白对照组,阳性对照组,颗粒剂高、中、低浓度组及水煎剂高、中、低浓度组,每组各10只。颗粒剂及水煎剂高、中、低浓度分别含生药3.066、1.533、1.022 g/mL。阳性对照组予0.2 mL/10 g云南白药灌胃,空白对照组予等容积蒸馏水灌胃,其余各组予等容积相应药液灌胃,连续7 d。末次给药后30 min,采用耳肿胀法制作炎症模型,观察各组小鼠耳肿胀率。另取80只KM雌性小鼠,分组及给药方法同上,采用热板致痛法观察末次给药1 h后,第30、60、90、120 min小鼠痛阈值。结果与空白对照组比较,阳性对照组颗粒剂高、中、低浓度组及水煎剂高、中、低浓度组耳肿胀率明显下降(P<0.05),60、90、120 min痛阈值明显提高(P<0.05),但颗粒剂高、中、低浓度组耳肿胀率及60、90、120 min痛阈值与水煎剂相同浓度组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),抗炎、镇痛效果相当。与阳性对照组比较,颗粒剂及水煎剂高浓度组耳肿胀率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),120 min痛阈值明显提高(P<0.05)。结论芍根方水煎剂与颗粒剂在抗炎消肿、镇痛作用方面无明显差异。与云南白药相比,芍根方2种剂型高浓度组镇痛作用显著。
Objective To compare pharmacodynamic effects of granule and water decoction of white peony root and vietnamese sophora root.Methods The method that mice ear swelling induced by xylene and hot plate analgesia in mice were used in this study,to observe and compare the anti-inflammatory swelling and analgesic effects of different dosage forms of white peony root and vietnamese sophora root.Results Both the granule and water decoction of white peony root and vietnamese sophora root have the effect on inhibiting mouse auricle swelling.Different dosage forms all could make the incubation period of pain induced by hot stimulation in mice were prolonged(P0.05).But between of the two dosage forms were no difference in pharmacodynamic effects(P0.05);the effect of high concentration was the best one in the different concentrations of two dosage forms(P0.05);in the antiinflammation-swelling,there was no difference in positive control group and high concentration of white peony root and vietnamese sophora root(P0.05).In pain,the effect of high concentration was better than the positive control group(P0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference between two dosage forms of granule and water decoction of white peony root and vietnamese sophora root on swelling,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects;Compared with the positive control group(Yunnan Baiyao group),the effects of high concentration of white peony root and vietnamese sophora root was more obvious.
