摘要
采用无损检测设备预应力混凝土梁多功能检测仪,利用基于冲击弹性波的多种检测方法,分别对使用自主研发的智能注浆控制仪和传统人工注浆方法进行注浆的T梁预应力管道进行检测。现场检测结果表明,通过智能注浆控制仪施工的桥梁孔道注浆质量全部为优,明显优于传统的人工注浆施工质量,该设备可以有效提高注浆过程的自动化与智能化,提高桥梁预应力管道注浆施工质量,确保预应力管道注浆密实。
The prestressed concrete T-beam that grouting used the intellective Grouting method and the traditional artificial Grouting method is tested by The MQBG-JK,based on the impact elastic wave detection methods.Field test results showed that: the grouting quaity of pre-stressed pipes by BGM2000 are better than the traditional artificial grouting's.the intelligent control instrument of bridge prestressed pipe grouting(BGM2000) can effectively improve the grouting process automation and intelligent,raises the bridge construction quality,ensures the grouting quaity of the prestressed pipes.
