摘要
孔道压浆属于PC梁隐蔽工程,其施工质量事关桥梁的安全性和耐久性。智能循环压浆系统的运用,品质工程建设等一系列措施有力推动了压浆质量的提高,但是现场检测结果表明压浆质量问题仍未得到彻底根治。通过检测数据分析,找出问题成因,提出压浆质量控制的方法和措施。
The duct grouting is one of PC beam concealment projects,its construction quality concerns the safety and durability of the bridge.A series of measures such as the application of intelligent circulation grouting system and quality engineering construction significantly improve the grouting quality,however,the field test results show that the grouting quality problem has not been completely cured.By analyzing the test data,the cause of the problem is found out,and the method and measure of the quality control of the grouting are put forward.
