摘要
介绍了民航协同决策(CDM)的概念和产生背景,通过对美国等空中交通流量管理发达国家使用CDM的情况说明,对CDM在中国的应用进行了展望。随着民航空管、机场、航空公司等组成部门对CDM应用的深入,飞行效率将得到提高,航班延误情况也将得到缓解。
This paper introduces the concept and background in the field of civil aviation CDM （Collaborative Decision Making）. Based on the instructions of air traffic flow management in the United States and other developed countries, the paper gives the prospect of CDM application in China. With further use of CDM by air traffic management, airports, airlines and other related departments, it is possible to improve flight efficiency and reduce flight delays.
