摘要
针对多机场系统第二机场预测规划与实际运营出现的偏差问题;以未来发展趋势角度,分析了国内外典型机场的具体情况。结合协同决策思想,提出了利用反馈控制进行动态规划,来减小此类偏差。最后,针对偏差特点,建立了反馈控制仿真模型,通过关联机场业务进行模型各系统的调整后,提出了基于符合民航需求的规划纠偏策略。
For problems arisen from the deviation between the actual operation and multi-airport system planning a second airport forecast; from the perspective of future trends, the specific circumstances of the typical domestic airport are analyzed, and the use of dynamic feedback control plan is proposed to reduce such bias combined with collaborative decision. Finally, through the corresponding bias characteristics, simulation model, the associated adjustment airport business model of each system are built, and corrective strategies are proposed based on the needs of civil aviation.
