"人性化管理"已是现代管理中不可缺少的重要元素,是调节人际关系、调动人的积极性、发挥人的潜质、提高工作效率最有效的管理方式之一,对图书馆实行"人性化管理"存在的一些实际问题,深挖其产生的历史根源,并寻求实现人性化管理的主要途径.对千百年来封建文化的影响形成的柔性化管理与西方国家"制度化管理"的利弊进行比较,认为在图书馆实现人性化管理势在必行,意义深远。
