摘要
目的探讨胸段食管破裂患者的围手术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析25例食管破裂患者围手术期的护理过程。结果 22例患者治疗效果较好,康复出院;死亡3例。结论做好心理护理、呼吸道及其各种管道的护理及营养支持是提高围手术期护理质量的重要保证。
Objective To summarize the key points for nursing patients with thoracic esophageal rupture. Methods The records for nursing the 25 patients suffering from thoracic esophageal rupture were analyzed retrospectively. Results 22 of the patients were recovered and discharged and the other 3 patients died. Conclusion The nursing strategies like mental care, care of respiratory tracts and other tubes and nutritional supports may be effective for increase of curative rate and decrease of mortality.
