摘要
饮食文化是闽台交流的一个重要载体。随着两岸关系的发展,闽台饮食文化交流正在扩大。文章在分阶段、详细地刻画了福建和台湾地区饮食文化的发展历史及现状,分析了影响这一发展过程的经济发展、社会变迁、政策导向等因素的基础上,提出对闽台饮食文化的展望,即突出饮食经营的文化性,重视科技和理论的创新与应用,增强节约、环保、健康意识,加强两岸饮食文化的交流与合作。
As the only higher institution of tourism in China, Siehuan Tourism University aims to establish itself as a major educational base for practitioners in the tourism industry of Western China and even the whole country. The paper argues that its development should be focused on the following four aspects : objectives, strategies, program development and specific measures.
