摘要
石油化工企业中的管道,常用伴热的方法以维持生产操作及停输期间管内介质的温度。管道集肤效应电伴热(加热)技术是近年来出现的一种新的金属管道加热方法,是大型石油化工等企业热输管道加热保温的新技术、新工艺。通过阐述集肤效应机理及实验方式,论证了此种加热技术在石化管线伴热的可行性及在其应用中具有效率高,使用广泛等优点。
In petrochemical pipelines, heat tracing method is often used to maintain the temperature of media in the pipeline during production operation and shutdown. Skin effect electrical heat tracing (heating) technology in petrochemical pipelines is a new heating method of metal pipelines. In this paper, the mechanism and experimental method of the skin effect were described, and the feasibility of the skin effect electrical heat tracing technology in petrochemical pipelines was demonstrated. The results show that the technology has high efficiency and wide application scope.
