On Originality in the Foreign Language Teacher Education Research

摘要 外语教师教育研究中的创新首先来源于在研究方法上向质化研究的倾斜,特别是关注教师个体的叙事探究等方法的广泛应用。外语教师教育研究的创新还体现在跨学科知识和理论的应用。社会组织学相关理论为外语教师互动与合作学习研究提供了新的视角;管理学绩效评估理论和方法则为外语教师评价研究提供了新工具;而心理学理论则是外语教师发展研究进入微观层次必不可少的手段。 Originality in the foreign language teacher education research firstly results from the inclination towards qualitative research methodology, especially the narrative inquiry that draws on individual stories. Secondly, it is also achieved by the ap- plication of interdisciplinary knowledge and theories, such as social learning theories and organizational theories, other man- agement theories such as performance assessment theories, value theory, human resource management theory, and psychologi- cal theories.
