LCM中碳纤维织物结构对横向渗透性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究液体模塑成型加工过程中,树脂流体在厚型织物预型件厚度方向的横向流动渗透情况,采用基于超声波传感监测技术的三维渗透率测试装置,对厚型结构织物增强体内部流动渗透情况进行实验研究。结果表明:不同结构的斜纹、双轴向、单向的碳纤维织物内部流动行为和渗透性差异显著;相同结构中,面密度小时层数的增加会对流动通道产生更多阻碍作用而降低横向渗透性;纤维体积分数低时,双轴向织物较斜纹织物厚度方向上的渗透率低;在紧密织物结构中,双轴向比斜纹织物的渗透率要高。单向织物中面内层内流动容易,而厚度方向的渗透率较低,相比其他2种结构低1~2个数量级。 To study the transverse permeability of resin flow in heavy fabric preforms during the liquid composite molding(LCM) process,a 3-D permeability tester based on ultrasonic sensor monitoring technique was used to carry out an experimental study of the flow behavior and permeability of the resin inside the heavy fabric reinforcement.The results indicated that the internal flow behavior and permeability of the resin in different fabrics(twill,bi-axis and unidirectional carbon fiber fabric) varied significantly.When the fabric structure is identical,the increase of layers due to small area density leads to more impedance to the flow channels and thus decreases the transverse permeability;when the volume fraction of fiber is low,the transverse permeability in bi-axis fabric is lower than in twill,and vice versa in the case of dense texture fabric;and the in-plane flow in unidirectional fabric is easier than in twill and bi-axis fabric,but its transverse permeability is very low,about one or two orders of magnitude than the other two fabrics.
