摘要 为研究液体模塑成型加工过程中,树脂流体在厚型织物预型件厚度方向的3D流动渗透情况,采用基于超声波传感监测技术的3D渗透率测试装置,对厚型结构织物增强体内部流动渗透情况进行实验研究。通过比较玻璃纤维织物的组织结构、织物织造密度和纱线细度变化情况下,织物预型件厚度方向的流动前峰及渗透性,得出了织物结构参数对渗透性能的影响。 To the study of resin flow and 3D permeability in thicker fabric preforms during the liquid composite molding(LCM) process,the experimental study of the internal flow behavior and permeability in thicker fabric structure reinforcement had been investigated by using of ultrasound sensor monitor technique testing device.Processes of the LCM are widely used in composites produced by impregnation of a dry preform with liquid resin.In generally,resin flow in the thickness direction can be neglected for thin parts,but the resin flow in the transverse direction is important for thicker parts.For manufacturing large size or high thickness composite parts,the transverse permeability of fibrous composite reinforcements has been evaluated at first.In this work,the experiment was indirectly monitoring the tracking flow front on-line with ultrasound sensors system outside of fabric preforms.The internal permeable properties of glass fiber reinforcement fabrics with different structures were studied.By comparing the flow front and transverse permeability in different fabric structure,woven density fabric and yarn linear density,the result show that structural parameters of fabric preform have different effect on the internal flow behavior and permeability performance.
