阻燃型玄武岩织物/聚乳酸复合材料的研制 被引量:3

摘要 采用热压法成型工艺制备阻燃型玄武岩织物增强聚乳酸复合材料,考察聚乳酸质量分数、热压压力、热压温度、阻燃剂质量分数对复合材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度及极限氧指数的影响。通过正交试验、极差分析及单因素分析,得出制备阻燃型玄武岩织物增强聚乳酸复合材料的优化工艺:阻燃剂质量分数为30%,聚乳酸质量分数为64.6%,热压压力为5 MPa,热压温度为185℃。结果表明:添加氢氧化镁阻燃剂制备的阻燃型玄武岩织物增强聚乳酸复合材料,其力学性能略有降低,但仍比较优异,且极限氧指数可达到35.2%。 The hot pressing molding process was used to prepare flame retardant basalt fiber fabric/polylactic acid composite,and the influences of the mass fraction of polylactic acid,hot pressing pressure and temperature,and flame retardant agent mass fraction on the tensile strength,bending strength and limiting oxygen index of the composite were examined.Through orthogonal experiments,range analysis and single factor analysis,the optimal process conditions for making the composite were obtained as follows: mass fraction of flame retardant agent 30%,mass fraction of polylactic acid 64.6%,hot pressing pressure 5 MPa,and hot pressing temperature 185 ℃.The results showed that although the mechanical properties of the basalt fiber fabric/polylactic acid composite prepared with addition of flame retardant agent magnesium hydrate reduced slightly,they were still better comparatively,and its limiting oxygen index could be increased up to 35.2%.
