摘要
本文通过对玄武岩连续纤维在原料,物理、化学性能以及用其增强各类树脂的性能方面做了比较详细的分析对比,并由此认为,玄武岩连续纤维在耐高温、抗高温热振性、耐酸碱、弹性模量、介电等性能方面具有一定的优势。用其增强树脂在性能方面普遍优于玻璃纤维增强的玻璃钢体。它在航空航天、冶金、化工、建筑等领域具有较为广阔的应用前景。
Compared to traditional firberglass and composties,properties of continuous basalt fibers and fiber reinforced composties are analyzed. The Continuous basalt fibers have high tensile strength, elastic modulus, softening point, high chemical resistance and working temperature. Basalt fiber reinforced composites have great improvement in the thermal mechanical and dielectric parameters.This makes them compatible with S- fiberglass of Aramid fiber reinforced composites.Continuous basalt fibers have a wide spectrum of advantages in the field of applications as textile glass fiber or reinforcement for composites. It will surely become a new competitive product as a fiberglass, carbon fiber and asbestos subsitute in the near future.
