摘要
远程学习是近年来新兴起来的一种学习方式,以其自身的特点和优势,逐渐成为新生代农民工主要的学习方式之一。尽管新生代农民工具有年纪较轻、接受新事物能力强、学习目的明确等优势,但由于种种因素影响,在远程学习中容易遇到意向障碍、学习时间障碍、网络信息素养障碍、经济障碍、学习能力障碍、远程教育机构障碍等。针对这些障碍,应采取以下应对措施:营造终身学习氛围,健全相关保障制度;引导转变传统观念,加强网络信息素养教育;注重学习策略指导,提升自主学习能力;以学习者为中心,完善远程学习支持服务系统。
Distance learning is a new learning way for its own characteristics and advantage,and it gradually becomes one of main learning ways for new-age peasant workers.Although new-age peasant workers have the advantage of being younger,stronger ability of receiving new things,clear learning purpose,yet due to various factors they are likely to encounter intention barrier,learning time barrier,web information literacy barrier,economic barrier,learning disability,distance educational institution barrier and so on.Acrroding to these barriers the following measures should be taken:creating lifelong learning environment and guiding the transformation of traditional concept and strengthening web information literacy education;focusing on learning strategies guidance and enhancing self-learning ability;improving distance learning support system centered on learners.
