类风湿关节炎患者血清中纳米细菌检测及鉴定 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者和正常人群血清标本中纳米细菌分布情况。方法对30例正常人群和30例类风湿关节炎患者血清进行纳米细菌培养,用钙染色技术对培养物进行纳米细菌检测,采用间接免疫荧光法进行纳米细菌鉴定。结果 30例正常人和30例类风湿关节炎患者血清纳米细菌的检出率分别为6.7%(2株)、30.0%(9株),两者间差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.919,P=0.02<0.05)。结论类风湿关节炎患者血清中存在纳米细菌,提示纳米细菌感染与类风湿关节炎发病可能有关。 Objective To find the distribution of nanobacteria in the serum of rheumatoid arthritis patients and healthy people. Methods Nanobacteria were cultivated from the serum samples of 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients and 30 healthy people, detected nanobacteria by calcium dyeing technology and identified nanobacteria by indirect im- munofluorescence staining from culture medium. Results The positive rate of nanobacteria was 6.7% among the serum samples of 30 healthy people and was 30.0% among the serum samples of 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients,there was significant difference between the positive rate of rheumatoid arthritis patients and the positive rate of healthy people (X2=2.919,P = 0.02〈0.05). Conclusion There were nanobacteria in the serum of rheumatoid arthritis patients, the in- fection of the nanobacteria might result in rheumatoid arthritis.
