摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌的X线钼钯及CT特征性影像表现及诊断价值。方法 50例乳腺癌和20例乳腺良性病变均行X线及CT检查,乳腺摄片时间为月经后3~8天,所有病例均经病理证实。结果 50例乳腺癌中X线诊断乳腺癌38例,其敏感性和特异性分别为76%,85%,准确率为78.5%;CT诊断乳腺癌44例,其敏感性和特异性分别为88%,90%,准确率为88.5%。二者综合诊断敏感性和特异性分别为96%和79.5%,准确率为91%。结论 CT检查较X线检查有更多的优越性,二者综合检查可提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性和准确性。 Objective To Study the character of CT and Mammographic images of breast cancer ,and improve breast cancer diagnostic accuracy. Methods Fifty patients with breast cancer and 20 patients with benign breast lesions were detected by CT scan and mammography within 3 to 8 days after mensis. Results 38 patients with breast cancer could be detected by X-ray mammography successfully. The Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 76%, 85% and 80% respectively. While CT scan revealed 44 eases, the Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 88%, 90% and 88.6% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy could reach to 96% , 79.5% and 91% respectively when mammography and CT scan were Combined together. Conclusion CT scan is more superior to X-ray. Mammography combined with CT scan can increase the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of breast cancers.
