摘要 教师共同体推崇的教师自然合作文化,是对传统教师文化的扬弃,有助于高职院校教师的专业发展。高职院校教师共同体形成中,受到了传统文化、学校制度文化和教师个人主义文化的消极影响。以学校优质文化为目标,追求"流动的马赛克"(the moving mosaic)文化,并通过学校制度创新,来重构教师文化有助于化解这些消极因素的作用。 Teachers' natural cooperation culture advocated by teacher community refers to the sublation of traditional teacher culture, which has provided help for higher vocational colleges teachers' professional development. The traditional culture, school system culture and teacher' s individualism culture have negative impact on the process of the formation of teacher community of higher vocational colleges. The paper aims to reconstruct teacher culture defusing the negative factors function and pursuing the higher - quality college culture by seeking the moving mosaic culture and the innovation of college system.
