摘要
本文对一个新的水稻白化转绿突变体标8S进行了遗传分析和农艺性状研究,结果表明,该突变基因受一对隐性核基因控制,与其野生型培矮64S相比,主要农艺性状基本相近,但生育期缩短了2 d,外观品质和蒸煮食味品质得到了改善,配合力有所提高。因此,标8S可以作为一种形态标记性状应用于两系杂交水稻育种中。
In this paper, the genetic analysis and research of the agronomic traits of a novel green-revertible albino mutant-Biao8S were conducted. The results showed that the green-revertible albino trait was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene. The main agronomic traits of Biao8S were similar to that of Pei＇ ai64S, but the growing period was shortened 2 days, appearance quality and cooking-eating quality were better, and combining ability was higher. Thus, Biao8S with morphological marker could be a great breeding material for two-line hybrid rice.
