摘要
我国葫芦科药用植物资源丰富,入药部位广泛,富含植物甾醇类、三萜类、脂肪酸类、糖和苷类等多种类型的化学成分。其中,植物甾醇多和油脂类成分共存于种子和花粉中,具有和胆固醇相似的化学结构,可降低血液中的胆固醇含量,因而在市场上广泛应用于功能性食品。本文对我国常见的葫芦科药用植物中植物甾醇的结构、特征的核磁共振数据及药理作用进行了归纳总结。
The medicinal plants of family Cucurbitaceae are abundant in China and their some organs can be used as traditional Chinese medicine.The main compounds are phytosterols,triterpenes,fatty acids,saccharides and glycosides.Phytosterols are common in family Cucurbitaceae medicinal plants,existing with fats and oils in seeds and pollen.The chemical structures of phytosterols are similar with cholesterol's,so they can decrease the content of cholesterol in blood of human.They are widely used for functional food.This review reports the chemical structures,characteristic 1H NMR spectral data,and pharmacological actions of some phytosterols in medicinal plants of family Cucurbitaceae.
