摘要 目的研究血清脂联素(APN)水平与脑梗死的关系.方法测定123例脑梗死患者及120名健康对照者的血清脂联素(APN)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,并分析血清脂联素(APN)水平与脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度评分的相关性.结果脑梗死患者血清脂联素水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01).经Logistic回归分析显示:血清脂联素与神经功能缺失呈负相关,血清脂联素和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平降低、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)升高是脑梗死的危险因素.结论血清低脂联素水平是脑梗死的独立危险因素. Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of APN and cerebral infarction.Method APN,HDL-C,LDL-Chs-CRP levels of 123 patients with cerebral infarction and 120 healthy controls were measured for the analysis on the correlation between APN and the scale of clinical neurologic deficit.Results APN level in the patient group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.01).The logistic regression analysis showed that there was a negative correction between the level of APN and the scale of clinical neurologic deficit in the patients,and the declining of APN and HDL-C levels,and the elevation of LDL-C and hs-CRP levels could be risk factors of cerebral infarction.Conclusion The declined level of APN may be an independent risk factor of cerebral infarction.
