摘要
目的以上海江宁社区卫生服务中心职工体检数据,分析社区医务工作者代谢综合征的现状与结果,更好地关注和促进社区医务工作者的身体健康。方法分析2008年83名社区医务工作者的体检指标,包括:BMI、甘油三酯、空腹血糖等5项健康体检指标,根据不同性别、工种进行代谢综合征的患病率进行卡方检验。结果不同性别、不同工种的职工在代谢综合征患病率上有统计学意义的差异,代谢综合征患病率男性高于女性(P<0.05),公卫人员高于其他工种人员(P<0.01)。结论关注社区医务工作者的身体健康状态,倡导代谢性障碍疾病全面多元的防治与研究模式。
Objective The state of the Metabolic Syndrome(MS) in Jiangning Community Health Service Center was analyzed through the results of the health examination of the community medical staff,so as to promote their health.Methods Analyzed the results of 83 doctors' health examinations,including BMI,TG,BUN and so on,then took the Crosstabs test through the gender and different work types.Results Different gender and different job types of doctors had the significant influence on the rate of the MS.The rate of male's MS was higher than female(P<0.05).The rate of public doctors' MS was higher than that of other doctors(P<0.01).Conclusion We should focus on the MS of the community medical staff and promote the comprehensive research and prevention approach of the MS.
