摘要
为探讨中西药结合治疗慢性肠阿米巴病的临床疗效，将采用原虫镜检方法确诊的90例慢性肠阿米巴病患者随机分为两组，即对照组和试验组，各45例。对照组采用西药（硝基咪唑类药联合喹诺酮类药物静脉滴注）治疗，试验组在对照组治疗基础上，增加辨证口服中药汤剂及鸦胆子仁口服、白头翁汤加减保留灌肠治疗。对比观察两组疗效。结果显示，（1）症状积分：两组治疗后症状评分均下降，P〈0．05；其中试验组比对照组降低更明显，P〈0．05。（2）治愈率：试验组治愈38例（84．4％，38／45）；对照组治疗过程中退出1例，治愈30例（68．2％，30／44）。试验组治愈率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。（3）不良反应：试验组恶心、呕吐等药物不良反应发生率（26．7％，12／45）明显低于对照组（65．9%，29／44），P〈0．05；对照组出现手脚麻木等周围神经病变2例。（4）随访：试验组失访2例，复发3例（7．0％，3／43）；对照组失访3例，复发5例（12．2％，5／41）。试验组复发率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，中西药结合治疗肠阿米巴病疗效显著，明显优于单纯西药治疗。
This study was to investigate the clinical effect of combination of Chinese and Western drugs in the treatment of chronic intestinal amebiasis. The 90 patients with this disease who had been confirmed by microscopy for protozoan were randomly divided into two groups： control group and trial group, 45 cases for each group. Control group was subjected to the therapy of Western drugs（intravenously instilling nitro- imidazoles plus quinolones）, based on which trial group again to oral decoction composed from Chinese herb and brucea kernel according to differentiation of syndrome,as well to retention enema with modified pul- satilla decoction. The curative effects of both group were compared and observed. As results, 1） symptoms score rating： both groups all decreased compared with pre-treatment （ P 〈0.05）, but trial group had more gignificant decrease（ P 〈 0. 05）; 2） curative rate： trial group was distincly higher than control group （84.4%, 38/45 vs 68.2 %, 30/44）;3）adverse reaction： such as nausea vomiting, etc, the incidences of trial group were significantly lower than that of control group（26, 7% ,12/45 vs 65.9% ,29/44, P 〈0.05）;Also,in control group 2 cases were suffered from peripheral neuropathy such as hands and feet numbness, etc;4）on follow-up：in trial group 2 cases lost follow-up, 3 cases had recurrence （7.0%, 3/43）, in control group, 3,5 （12.2%, 5/41）, respectively, so, recurrence rate of trial group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Results show that combination therapy for treating intestinal amebiasis has excellent curative effect, is distinctly superior to alone western drugs.
