摘要
为了考察超级铝热剂对双基推进剂燃烧性能的催化效果,采用超声分散复合法制备了铝热剂Al/PbO、Al/CuO和Al/Bi2O3,利用螺压工艺制备了含超级铝热剂的推进剂样品,研究了超级铝热剂对双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,超级铝热剂对双基推进剂的燃烧具有良好的催化作用,能显著提高双基推进剂的燃速,但对推进剂压力指数的改善并不明显;纳米级超级铝热剂的改善效果明显优于微米级超级铝热剂;超级铝热剂对双基推进剂催化作用的大小顺序为Al/PbO>Al/Bi2O3>Al/CuO。
In order to evaluate the catalyzing efficiency of super thermites on burning properties of double-base propellant,Al/PbO,Al/CuO and Al/Bi2O3 were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion method.The sample of DB propellant containing super thermites were prepared by extrusion technology,and the effects of super thermites on combustion properties of DB propellant were investigated.The results show that super thermites possesses good catalytic effect on combustion of DB propellant and an excellent ability to enhance burning rate,but the pressure exponents of DB propellant improved not obviously.Compared with the DB propellant which contains micro thermites,the combustion catalytic activity of nano super thermites are better.The order of catalytic effect is Al/PbOAl/Bi2O3Al/CuO.
