摘要
我国中小零担物流企业的社会化媒体营销的状况和成效不尽如人意,因此,在分析中小零担物流企业社会化媒体营销现状及制约因素的基础上,提出了中小零担物流企业应通过选拔复合型营销团队,精心选择多元化的营销渠道,创造高质量的传播内容,有效利用参与、互动提升品牌推广效果,强化声誉危机管理,完善营销效果评价体系等社会化媒体营销路径,来提升企业知名度与效益。
In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the current status and constraints of the marketing of the social media for LTL logistics enterprises, we proposed that SMS LTL logistics enterprises should select diversified marketing channel through electing composite marketing teams, create high-quality content of communication, use participation and interaction to improve the effect of the promotion, strengthen reputation crisis management and enhance the marketing effect evaluation system, etc., to better the reputation and benefit of the enterprises
