摘要
采用3种摩尔配比工艺条件下的低分子量酚醛树脂浸渍杨木,对处理后产品的理化性能指标进行比较,结果表明:处理液浸渍过的杨木素材抗弯强度明显提升,幅度在30.3%~33.7%之间;处理液浸渍过的杨木体积膨胀率明显下降;经过处理杨木的氧指数达到30。
Based on the low molecular weight phenolic resin immersed poplar under three mole ratio process conditions, the physical and chemical properties of the treated products are compared, with the results indicating that MOR of the immersed poplar wood has improved significantly by 30.3-33.7%, volume expansion rate showing a noticeable drop, the oxygen index of treated poplar reaching up to 30.
