摘要
采用低分子量酚醛树脂浸渍处理的杨木单板制备单板层积材(LVL),探讨浸渍方式对单板树脂浸渍量和LVL性能的影响。结果表明:在常温常压和加压条件下,浸渍量均随浸泡时间的延长而增加;浸渍量增大,LVL性能提高。当浸渍量为168%时,弹性模量和静曲强度分别达到日本JAS SIS-24《结构单板层积材》标准中140E级和180E级要求。
Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) was manufactured from poplar veneer, that had been impregnated with low-molecular-weight water-soluble phenol-formaldehyde resin. The effects on the mechanical and physical properties of the LVL were investigated when made from veneer that had been subjected to various levels of the resin treatment. The results indicated that either at normal temperature and pressure, or under an increased pressure condition, the resin impregnation in veneer increased as the impregnating time was prolonged. When the resin impregnation increased, LVL physical and mechanical properties improved significantly. When the resin impregnation was 168%, the modulus of elasticity(MOE )and modulus of rupture(MOR) of the LVL reached 140E and 180E grade of JAS SIS-24 《Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber》 standard,respectively.
