摘要
目的分析并探讨PDCA循环用于临床检验质量控制的效果。方法分别对2010年5月—2011年5月该院检验科未将PDCA循环用于临床检验质量控制的检验样本(设为对照组)和2011年6月—2012年6月期间该院检验科将PDCA循环用于临床检验质量控制后的检验样本(设为实验组)中健康体检者、门诊患者和住院患者的不合格检验样本进行统计。结果实验组的健康体检者、门诊患者和住院患者的检验样本的不合格率均明显比对照组低,差异P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论 PDCA循环用于临床检验质量控制能使临床检验科学化、规范化和有序化,降低检验样本的不合格率,具有重大的临床意义。
To analyse and discuss the Effect of PDCA cycle used in clinical laboratory quality control. Method Made statistic analysis of the health physical examination persons, clinic patients and of hospitalized patients from May 2010 to May 2011 in our clinical laboratory before PDCA cycle used in clinical laboratory quality control inspection sample （control group） and from June 2011 to June 2012 in our clinical laboratory of PDCA cycle was used for the quality control of clinical test after test sample （experimental group） respectively. Results Test sample fraction defectives of health physical examination persons, clinic patients and of hospitalized patients were significantly lower than the control group. The differences P 〈 0.05,so it had statistical significance. Conclusion PDCA Cycle can make the clinical examination scientific, standardized and ordering, and reduce the test sample fraction defective. Therefore PDCA cycle has great clinical significance.
