摘要
在问卷调查的基础上,首先运用因子分析构建了中国石油企业对外投资风险评价指标体系;然后,提出了基于熵权-灰色关联-TOPSIS的综合评价模型,并以2011年中石油、中石化、中海油的4个海外投资项目为例进行了实证分析。结果表明:石油企业对外投资过程中,经济风险最大。
On the foundation that investigates in questionnaire, firstly, the evaluation index system is built for foreign investment risk of Chinese petroleum enterprise by using Factor analysis. Then, the com- prehensive evaluation model is established based on Entropy Weight - Grey Cola＇elation - TOPSIS, and the empirical analysis is conducted taking four OC in 2011 for example. The result shows that vestment of Chinese petroleum enterprise. overseas investment projects of CNPC, Sinopec and CNO- economic risk is the biggest in the process of foreign in-vestment of Chinese petroleum enterprise.
