摘要
介绍了汽车座椅的主要结构、主要塑料部件以及常用的高分子材料如聚丙烯、丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚酰胺,并介绍了这些高分子材料的使用性能、加工工艺及针对某种使用要求的改性。指出随着新能源汽车的发展,对汽车座椅塑料件的要求也愈加严格,介绍了能满足汽车座椅塑料件新要求的高分子材料如聚甲醛、聚碳酸酯及其合金、丙烯酸–苯乙烯–丙烯腈塑料、可发泡聚丙烯、聚氨酯合成革/超纤革。
The main structures of automobile seats, the main plastic parts and their commonly used polymer materials, such as PP, ABS, PVC, PUR, PBT, PET, PA, were introduced.The properties, processing and modification for certain use requirements of these polymer materials were presented.It was pointed out that requirements for the plastic parts of automobile seats became more and more strictly with the development of new energy vehicles.Therefore, new polymer materials, such as POM, PC and its alloy, ASA, EPP and PUR synthetic leather/microfiber leather, and their properties and processing, which meet the new requirements, were introduced.
