摘要
目的:探讨补肾抗衰汤对秀丽隐杆线虫衰老的影响。方法:观察野生型N2与daf-2、daf-16突变体线虫在不同浓度(50%、75%与100%)补肾抗衰汤干预下寿命变化,并分析补肾抗衰汤干预下线虫daf-2与daf-16基因表达的变化。结果:高浓度补肾抗衰汤干预可以显著延长N2、daf-2、daf-16突变体线虫的寿命(P<0.01);增加daf-16的基因表达并降低daf-2的基因表达。结论:高浓度补肾抗衰汤干预通过影响daf-2与daf-16基因表达延缓秀丽线虫的衰老。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of Bushen Kangshuai Decoction on senescence of caenorhabditis elegans. Meth- ods ：To explore the life span of N2 caenorhabditis elegans and daf- 2 and daf- 16 mutants incubated with different concentrations of Bushen Kangshuai Decoction and to analyse the gene expressions of daf- 16 and daf- 2. Resuhs：BKT administration at higher concentrations could effectively prolong the life span of caenorhabditis elegans （ N2, daf - 2 and daf - 16 mutant） , increase the gene expression of daf- 16, decrese the gene expression of daf- 2 as compared with the control. Conclusion：The results indicate that Bushen Kangshuai Decoction could prevent senescence of caenorhabditis elegans through the effect of gene expressions of daf -2 and daf- 16.
