摘要
运用Moldflow软件对PDA外壳注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,对不同浇口位置和数目下的填充时间、注射压力、锁模力及翘曲变形进行分析比较,确定了最优浇口设计方案,为优化模具设计和指导生产提供依据,缩短模具开发周期,有效降低生产成本,提高了注塑产品质量。
Injection molding process of PDA shell were simulated by using MoldFlow software in the paper. And the paper analysed for different gate location and filling time, injection pressure, clamping force and buckling deformation ez.rries, and determined the optimal gate design scheme for optimization of mold design and provided a basis for guiding the production, shortened mold development cycle and reduced the production cost, improved the quality of injection products.
