摘要
以 Cu SO4- Phen- Vc- H2 O2 - DNA体系导致的 DNA损伤发光为基础 ,检测了金丝桃不同部位提取物对· OH自由基引起的 DNA损伤的保护作用。结果表明 :金丝桃提取物能明显抑制和延迟 DNA损伤的化学发光 ,而且这种抑制作用呈现剂量 -效应关系 。
Based on the chemiluminescence followed by CuSO 4 Phen Vc H 2O 2 induced DNA damage, the protective effect of different extracts of Hypericum Chinense on DNA damage induced by ·OH was studied. It was found that the extracts of Hypericum Chinense obviously inhibited and delayed the chemiluminescence of DNA damage in a dose dependent manner, and the inhibitory effect was related to the polar of the extracts.
