传统的高校人事档案管理模式正面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,从事人事档案管理工作必须适应社会人事制度变革和社会文明进步的要求。认识新时期人事档案管理的特点和作用,切实做好高校人事档案管理工作,对于调动各类人员的工作积极性,全面完成单位和个人的各项目标任务,促进经济社会的进步具有一定的积极意义。
The traditional university personnel archives management model is facing unprecedented challenges.Those who are engaged in personnel archives management must adapt to the demond of social personnel system reform and civilization progress.It has certain positive significance to learn the characteristic and effect of archives administration and to do a good job in it in order to motivate the enthusiasm of working staff and to fulfill all unit and individual tasks.
