摘要
分析了人造金刚石合成工艺曲线图中分段升压的意义,讨论了各工艺参数,如暂停时间、加热启动压力、台阶功率、台阶压力(一次暂压)、二次暂压、生长时间等,对合成高品级金刚石的影响。研究结果表明:诸如暂停时间、加热启动压力、台阶功率、台阶压力、二次暂压等工艺参数均对金刚石成核及晶型有明显影响,生长时间则影响金刚石的粒径大小。
The mechanism of multi-step boosting in the diamond synthesis technology curve was analysed. Influences of technology parameters, such as pause duration, heating start pressure, step power, the first pressure pause and the second pressure pause, upon high grade diamonds synthesis were discussed. The results showed that the technology parameters mentioned above had significant influences on diamonds' nucleation and crystal shape, while growth time affected the particle size of the diamond.
