摘要
本文采用了将金刚石种晶规则地排列放置在溶媒表面上的工艺方法进行控制金刚石成核的合成实验。通过使用不同的种晶放置位置及种晶排列间距,研究了金刚石在种晶上的生长过程和影响合成结果的因素。结果表明,利用适当的种晶放置位置及排列间距,合成的金刚石产量较高,整体结晶较完整,并且粒度分布非常集中;使用粒径小的种晶。
Using the process of regularly arranging diamond seed crystals on the surfaces of solvent catalyst plates,the experiments of diamond controlled nucleation and growth on the seeded surface of solvent plates were conducted,and the effect of the seeding location and arrangement interval on the synthesized diamond was investigated.It is shown that regularly seeding in the interface between solvent plate and graphite disk with diamond in a appropriate interval will result in the synthesized diamond having a higher yield,a more perfect crystalline shape and a more narrow particle size distribution than that using traditional synthesis art.Furthermore,using the seeds with a smaller particel size,the strength (collapse load) of synthetic diamond will increase.
