摘要 美军新型驱逐舰DDG-1000上的全舰计算环境(TSCE)是一项复杂的系统工程,采用最为先进的前沿技术,以软件开发工作为主,1700万行代码在"国家队"授权的、分布在25个地区的80个不同的公司同时开发。该项目不仅在技术实现方面有一定难度,而且在工程项目管理方面也具有极大的挑战性。该文主要介绍美军全舰计算环境工程项目管理的特征和经验,针对工程实施中进度和困难进行总结分析,旨在为我国舰艇信息化发展起到一定参考和借鉴的作用。 Total ship computing environment applied to DDG-1000 is a complex systems engineering,which employs the most cutting-edge,state-of-the-art methodologies.On the whole,TSCE is a software development program.When complete,17 million lines of code will have been simultaneously developed by a National Team,geographically dispersed across 25 sites and representing the combined efforts of 80 different companies.It is not only tough on the technique realization,but also extremely challenge on the engineering program management.The available characters and practices of TSCE engineering program management were introduced.Summarized and analyzed the postponed schedule and the difficult technologies,in order to give the reference to our navy for ship building.
