摘要
文章介绍了包钢焦化厂5#、6#焦炉DCS控制系统改造前出现的软硬件及通讯方面的问题,在不影响现场生产情况下,改造过程和改造后横河CS1000控制系统的构成、功能、主要控制回路的组态和实际应用。
In this paper,it is mainly introduced the problems of control system for 5＂ and 6＂ coke ovens before transfor- mation in Coking Plant of Baotou Steel such as the soft and hard wares as well as the communications, the transformation process without influencing productions ,the composition and functions of CS1000 control system as well as the configuration and practical applications of main control loop.
